Privacy policy
DRAFT — house-rule-derived; pending final counsel review before public launch.
We collect the information you provide at registration — name, email, phone, and address — and your bidding activity, to run the auction, invoice you, and arrange pickup.
How we use it
- To operate your account, bids, invoices, and pickup.
- To send you service messages (outbid alerts, pickup reminders) — you control SMS and email consent in your account settings and may opt out at any time.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers — we keep only a token and a card label.
Who we share with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the auction (payment, messaging) and as required by law.
Advertising measurement
Our Meta Pixel may count generic page views, registrations, bids, and checkout starts. BidHarbor does not send Meta your name, email, phone, address, account or bidder number, bid amount, invoice number, purchase amount, card information, or customer list. Generic event parameters do not include lot or item IDs or titles. Server-side Meta conversion delivery is disabled. Meta may still process browser and device information under its own privacy policy when the Pixel loads, including the public page URL being viewed.
We honor Global Privacy Control. You can also disable the Pixel on this browser:
