Mainstays stainless steel dial meat thermometer. Reads 120 to 220 °F on a 2.5-inch tempered-glass face with a safe-temperature guide and a movable red target marker. NSF approved. Insert the probe into the thickest part of a roast, away from bone, for beef, ham, pork, lamb and poultry.
