What decides whether you deliver to me?

Both checks must pass: your ZIP is on our service list, and the driving route from our Buda warehouse to your street address is within 21 miles. Our office checks that route in Google Maps; return to the item or invoice to review the fee once it has been checked.

What if nobody is home?

An adult can receive the delivery, or you can authorise a safe place at the address. If we cannot complete it, the items return to Buda for pickup; the delivery terms explain the cost of a second attempt.
